Sophie is a scientific consultant specialised in the social, economic and policy aspects of commercial fisheries management. She is most interested in finding practical solutions to empower all key actors to understand and manage ecosystems sustainably. As the founder of the GreenFishers Trust, Sophie envisions steady growth, energetic momentum and the eventual appointment of trustees.

Jo is a scientific consultant expert on fisheries management and the effects of fisheries on ecosystems. She has been a research lecturer at the University of Walses Bangor specialising in shellfish. Currently she is Fisheries Certification Manager for sustainability audits with fisheries consultant MacAlister Eliott and Partners Ltd (MEP).
Helene is a lecturer in the Geography Department at University College London. In the Coastal and Estuarine Research Unit, she researches the morphodynamics of mixed sediment inlets and tidal deltas. She recently finished a study of seabed dynamics in the outer Thames over the last 180 years which was funded by the Crown Estate. She is currently involved in Identifying coastal archaeology using multispectral satellite imagery of the intertidal zone.
